We want you to love our plants as much as we do which is why we have our Happy Plant Guarantee!! If you are not 100% happy with your plants we will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

How can I see the plants before buying?

We know some of you like to see before you buy, which is why a select range of our plants are available in your local WA Bunnings, or local garden centre! If you really don’t want to order online and your local garden centre doesn’t have the item in stock then you can request that they special order it in for you, get in contact with us so we can give you the product code!

How is my order delivered?

We personally deliver your Australian native plant orders to your door to ensure they’re delivered to you safely and with care.  Nativ by Plantrite is currently only available for residents in metropolitan Perth, WA. If you’re located in regional WA, please feel free to email our team with your enquiry.

How long does my order take?

Nativ by Plantrite will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed we will deliver to you within 3 business days. There is a minimum order $50 and a $9.95 delivery fee. Orders over $120 are entitled to FREE delivery!

An email will be sent to you confirming the date and time your order is due.

What if I’m not home?

Our trucks, vans and utes are delivering orders Monday to Friday. We understand that sometimes you might not be at home to collect your order. We send every customer an email before your order is due for dispatch with a time range estimate. We are able to respond to requests to place your order in a safe place if your delivery address is unattended. For further support please contact our team.

Can you deliver to country?

We only deliver directly to the Perth Metro area. If you are in the country and can’t wait to get your hands on our plants there are a few ways you can:

  • Phone a friend or family! If you’re travelling to the city then you can arrange to have your plants delivered to a friend or family members address for you to pick up and take back home with you! If you choose this then make sure to let us know in advanced so we can deliver them the day before you go home!
  • Some people choose to organise their own courier – we are able to deliver to couriers in the Perth Metro. If you do this way you will need to pay for the courier and the delivery fee to get your plants there.

Am I able to collect my order?

Due to Nativ by Plantrite being a fully operational nursery we do not have a designated collection area and are unable to have retail customers at the facility. If you have further questions please contact our team.

The plant I want isn’t showing?

While we try to grow enough plants, occasionally some species will not be available in different sizing or may not be available altogether. Some of our plants may also only be available seasonally. We take pride in growing the perfect plants and if stock doesn’t meet our standards, we won’t sell it! If there is a specific plant you want please contact us and we can give you an estimated time frame of when the plant will be ready to order.

I’m having trouble choosing plants for my garden?

Choosing the perfect plants for your garden can be tricky, with many different soils around Perth its not one plant fits all. That’s why we have our filter option available on our website! You are able to filter by growth habit, size, flowering season, light aspect, soil type, usage and colour (both foliage and flower). This makes it so easy to choose the perfect plant for your garden and make you more confident your new plants will thrive!

Can I return my plants?

If you are unhappy with you plants on arrival you can contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss. For more information on returns please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Will my plant be flowering?

Depending on the size of the plant you choose and the season you purchase it in your plant may not be flowering at the time of your purchase. Generally a plant in the 140mm or 175mm pot will likely have flowers (if in season) whereas a 68mm or forestry tube will likely not have flowers.

Do you have any sizes available that aren’t on the website?

All of our plants that are available to order are displayed on the website. If you are after a specific size then it might not be available currently due what is in demand at different times of the year.

Can I pre-order my plants?

Due to our plants growing and stock levels constantly changing, we unfortunately can’t hold orders. Our plants become available on the website when they are looking their best and have grown to fit the pot they are in. Because of this the most you will be able to delay delivery on your order is 2 weeks.

If there is a species you have your eye on and don’t want to miss out, but you aren’t ready to plant, contact us and we can give you an idea of what we will have available in the future.

My coupon code isn’t working?

If you have a valid coupon code firstly make sure you are entering it into the coupon code section at the checkout and not the gift card section. If you are entering the coupon into the right place and the code is correct and it is still not working them please get in contact with us.

Do you offer a landscaping service?

We don’t offer a landscaping service but we do know some great landscaping businesses with a passion for sustainability! Contact us for our recommendations.
